In Polydle's version with multiple grids, you can choose how many grids to work on at once. You can solve 1–2315 grids at the same time. You can solve random words on different grids or find all the words in a game. More grids give you more ways to challenge yourself.
Playing
Find all the Polydle words quickly. Every five-letter word you try to guess has to make sense. Type to answer. The color of each word you guess will show how close you were. When you move the pointer left and right, all the text shows up. Each phrase you can't figure out will be in a different color. The green square fits the letter right into the word. When there is a mistake in a word, it is shown by a yellow square. White squares show that a letter is missing from the word. There are daily polydles for every number and mode.
Polygon mode.
In classic mode, you have to guess as few words as you can. This game lets you guess as many times as you want, but n + 5 is a good goal (where n is the word count).
speed
Fast-mode Guessing the frequency doesn't matter. Only the length matters. Your goal is to find all the words quickly, no matter how many times you guess.
Perfect
The perfect mode is less clear. The theory says you should do a perfect job. Send in the first word to start the game. Press enter to play. It will make sure that at least one column has a unique phrase based on the hints. Before you can find the unique term, you need to find a column with the correct estimates. If you guess this word, the other columns will give you clues until you can figure out what they are.
Three mistakes give Polydle the win. If you guess wrong, the line will turn red and you won't get any more tips. The only thing you should remember is that the word you guessed doesn't match any of the other words. Two things can go wrong with your guess. Guess a phrase that doesn't fit any of the hints in the columns. You might also pick the wrong column, which is harder to avoid if it has many answers to the previous clues. The answer is in a separate column, so look there.
If you lose, the game will put the words in order for you. Each guest will be based on the hints that came before. There may be more than one order, but Polydle only shows one. Fun!
